“MAKING FILMS IS ABOUT HAVING ABSOLUTE AND FOOLISH CONFIDENCE;
THE CHALLENGE FOR ALL OF US IS TO HAVE THE HEART OF A POET
AND THE SKIN OF AN ELEPHANT.”
We are in the final week of our celebration of Women’s History Month. We’ll really miss it! We’ve loved honoring great women each and every day. In fact, we’ve decided that one month isn’t enough to celebrate the courage, intellect, fierceness, perseverance, steadfastness, inventiveness and compassion that surround us, so we are creating a new ongoing section called
BRAVE WOMEN, that celebrates living women who are making history
while you’re reading this paragraph… stay tuned.
And a big shout out to Laura Foulke who created our amazing exhibit in the restaurant for Women’s History Month –
we don’t know if we can bear to take it down.
We hope you enjoy this week’s selection of truly amazing women.
