Parisian-based actor/singer/writer and director Nathalie Schmidt will star in her one-woman show, Forgotten Lovers, at Moscow 57, the Russian Central Asian Restaurant on Delancey Street on NYC’s Lower East Side on Sundays, April 20 and 27, at 7:00pm.  This is the fourth time she is performing this show in New York, having previously performed it in 2012 1nd 2013.

Forgotten Lovers is a comedic/tragic musical of a woman, Greta, falling apart at the seams the week before she is to be married. She recounts tales of her numerous ex-lovers and where it all went wrong up to this moment in story and song. For this show, Nathalie will be accompanied by Moscow 57 music director, producer and arranger, Ethan Fein on guitar and bass player Benjamin Franklin Brown.

Nathalie Schmidt is an acclaimed French actress, comedian, singer, writer and director based in Paris, France. She has worked throughout Europe and in the USA. She has performed in more than 25 plays and 30 films, with numerous directors including Patrice Chéreau, Agniezka Holland (Europa, Europa), Jean-Luc Lagarce, André Téchiné, Dante Desarthe… She has written and directed seven shows for the theater, and four short films. She also has written and directed a feature film Après La Pluie Le Beau Temps (“Clear Skies After Rain”). Nathalie premiered Bad Manners (March 2012), her art show, Faces (December 1st-January 31st), and Forgotten Lovers (December 2012, February and August 2013) at the Cornelia Street Café.
