A menu filled with regionally influenced “Russian tapas” will accompany the nightly live entertainment here, a project bought to you by chef Seth Goldman, in partnership with Ellen Kaye, whose parents, Faith Stewart-Gordon and Sidney Kaye, owned the fabled Russian Tea Room from 1947 to 1996.

Know before you go: This spot is only open Weds-Sunday.

Order: Pelmeni dumplings, borscht, kebab plate, to drink: “The Bossanova”
