Melissa Frabotta: Singer/Songwriter
Melissa Frabotta is a NY based musician currently studying Music Composition at the Conservatory of SUNY Purchase. She recently released her debut album, “Kites and Clouds,” which features selections of her original music. Her songs range from folk, rock, and jazz to laid back country, and are always filled with gutsy soul singing and inspiring lyrics. She’s performed her original music and covers at various venues around the NYC and Westchester area, and also performs privately for music therapy events. An EP is planned to be released this coming spring, followed by a tour of the northeast in the summer. Her band is made of Phil Rosenstock (bass), Mark Mcintyre (guitar), and Alex Cohen (drums).
