IN THE SILO COOKING SCHOOL – 2 p.m. – 5 p.m.
“Slightly to the Left of the Silk Road” Moscow 57 Chef Seth Goldman with an appearance by Faith Stewart Gordon, Ellen’s mother and Russian Tea Room owner, 1967 to 1996. $50 per person thanks to a generous underwriter. Learn to make great summer dishes using flavors from Russia, Georgia and Central Asia: rose petals, tarragon, marigolds, sumac and pomegranates in this demonstration cooking class.

CABARET NIGHT – 7:30 p.m.(DOORS OPEN 7 p.m.)
“Blini Blues” Ellen Kaye, vocalist and the M57 Band. Ethan Fein, guitar and banjo, Benjamin Franklin Brown, bass and Jamie Eblen, drums. Includes Wine and M57 Lite Bites of “Zakuski” from Chef Seth Goldman and the Silo Cooking School. To benefit Hunt Hill Farm Trust. Reservations Required. $35 per person.
