IN THE SILO COOKING SCHOOL – 2 p.m. – 5 p.m.
“Slightly to the Left of the Silk Road” Moscow 57 Chef Seth Goldman with an appearance by Faith Stewart Gordon, Ellen’s mother and Russian Tea Room owner, 1967 to 1996. $50 per person thanks to a generous underwriter. Learn to make great summer dishes using flavors from Russia, Georgia and Central Asia: rose petals, tarragon, marigolds, sumac and pomegranates in this demonstration cooking class.
CABARET NIGHT – 7:30 p.m.(DOORS OPEN 7 p.m.)
“Blini Blues” Ellen Kaye, vocalist and the M57 Band. Ethan Fein, guitar and banjo, Benjamin Franklin Brown, bass and Jamie Eblen, drums.
